How can I order ?
To order a product, it's sufficient to fill in the form you find
clicking on ?to orderÓ since we haven't yet activated the virtual
carriage.
After sending us your order, you'll receive our confirmation, by
E-mail, where we specify the ordered goods with their relative prices,
forwarding charges (you can control clicking on forwarding chargesÓ)
and delivery times.
Invoicing
On forwarding, we issue an invoice including forwarding charges;
possible V.A.T. code or fiscal code must be communicated with the order.
Customers' service
Our purpose is to offer you all our 3-generation experience, to help
you to make the best purchase possible. You can contact us writing an

from 09:00 to 15:00 and 15:00 to 19:00.
Which forwarding way is available ?
COURIER: It's specially used to send encumbering goods (like combined machines, planers, band saws etc. ...).
You can see the cost of this type of forwarding looking forward this page low.
EXPRESS COURIER: It's used for not very encumbering goods (tools,
electro-tools, resawing machines, spare parts, accessories, etc. ...)
INTO CUSTOMER'S CARE: if you want, you can even collect personally the
goods you ordered, coming personally at our offices in Citta' S.Angelo
(PE) and paying on collecting like established when you ordered.
Which are delivery times for a product ?
A ready product is delivered by Express Courier within 24/48 hours, or by Courier (for encumbering goods) within 24/92 hours.
When we send you our confirmation for your order, we also indicate you delivery times for the goods.
Is it possible to receive the ordered goods at an address different from that one indicated for invoicing ?
In case the address for delivery is different from that one for invoicing, it is enough to specify it in your order E-mail.
Is it possible to receive products abroad ?
Yes, it's possible to order our products even abroad. If you want to
know forwarding charges, contact us telephoning at +39.85.95449 or

TERMS OF SALE
Warranties
- The warranty on the second-hand machines is 6 (six) months from delivery.
- The warranty on the new machines is 12 (twelve) months from delivery.
- The warranty limits itself to the substitution of the pieces
resulting defective either for the bad quality of material or for
construction defects.
- The components to substitute will be delivered to you free your factory
- NOT INCLUDED IN THE WARRANTY: manpower services and the transfers
relative to after-sales service in warranty period, that we fix in EURO
34,00/hour per technician, except board and lodging and journey expenses
- All parts or accessories bought from a third party and assembled on
the machines enjoy warranty terms that aren?t superior to those ones
recognized by the relative supplier.
- The warranty doesn?t extend to the breakdowns depending on the
natural wear and tear of machinery, on the improper feeding of the unit
with materials that are different from those ones specified in the
offer, on negligence of the buyer, if changes are made or if damages
are provoked tampering the machinery.
- Excepting obvious construction defects, electric components are excluded from any warranty.
Defective products
The substitution of defective products will be possible if they are
given back within 10 days from delivery date. The same thing for those
ones sent by mistake, that must be complete in every their part,
complete and sealed wrapping. Damages provoked by bad use aren?t
guaranteed. The procedure of substitution of defective products can
require that the customer deals directly with the producer/distributor
or authorized assistance center.
In any case we can accept either parcels cash on delivery or opened parcels.
Offers
Special offers are subject to availibility. Mistakes or omissions are
to be accepted. Offers, discounts or gifts aren?t accumulable.
Prices
All prices are to be intended VAT excluded, if yours is a Firm the VAT
won?t be paid by you. Otherwise, if you?re private, you must add 20%
VAT to the price.
The current price list annulls and replaces the previous ones.
The promotions can?t be accumulated. Prices are subject to variations.
Payments
Payment on account 30% at the order by Credit transfer (Swift)
The settlement:
- at the time of pick up by your means, Cash.
- by Credit transfer (Swift).
- by opening irrevocable and confirmed letter of credit on our bank
Deliveries
Remember that the deliveries by courier are made by carriers on the road
Minimum order
The minimum value of the order is Euro 50,00, forwarding charges excluded.
Assembling and testing
This service, made on request of the customer, includes the assembling
of machineries at customer's, their test, and an introduction to their
use.
And it's composed by the following rates:
A) TRAVEL COSTS made by:
- Refund of travel hours at Euro 27,00 each one.
- Kilometrical refund at Euro 0,50 per km.
- Refund of other means at the end of the list.
B) BOARD & LODGING COSTS: refund at the end of the list.
C) MANPOWER: x Euro 54,00 per hour.
D) OVERTIME MANPOWER: x Euro 67,00 per hour.
E) SATURDAY, SUNDAY, PUBLIC HOLIDAYS in inactive waiting at customer's disposal: x Euro 318,00 daily.
N.B. OVERTIME MANPOWER HAS TO BE INTENDED:
That one given in the days of Saturday, Sunday and midweek holidays.
That one given during night hours.
That one exceeding 8 daily hours.
ON REQUEST WE CAN SEND YOU OUR OFFER FOR POSSIBLE ASSEMBLING AND TESTING COSTS.
Partial forwarding
Without contrary instructions the seller can make partial forwardings, considering an only debit for forwarding charges.
Whar are delivery times for a product ?
Deliveries of various products depend on the availibility or not of the
item in our warehouse or at the producer?s. It?s only stated after
receiving the order, and anyhow it doesn?t usually exceed 30 days from
receiving the order, for goods not ready in the warehouse.
Force majeure
In case of force majeure or chance case, we'll not responsible for the
customer for the delay or the non-execution of deliveries and we?ll
have the faculty to cancel the contract in all or in part or suspend or
defer its execution.
Competence
For any controversy the Court of Pescara (Italy) is competent.
