GENERAL FEATURES

Working logic managed by PLC - equipped with:
- Glue thermoregulator with automatic stand-by and indicator of the glue temperature
- Led keys for the selection of the operating groups 
- Complete management of automation of the different operating groups through encoder on the transmission system for panel feeding 
- Diagnostics with different messages for use and maintenance of the machine
- Statistic working data, total hours of use of the machine, used total metres of odge, partial metres of edge

Panel feeding system realized by a track made by rubber-coated slides for the maximum adherence on the panel, assembled on a strong steel chain with 5/8" links.
The slides slide directly on 2 steel guides of the base that assure contemporaneously the transport along a straight line and the maximum resistance to side loads.

Upper presser realized by a double row of rubber-coated wheels on bearings
The presser can be adjusted in height through handwheel according to the thickness of panels and is equipped with a numerical position indicator.

Inlet rectifications (pre-milling) with diamond milling cutters (PM version), it realizes the rectification of the side of panels where the edge is applied. It allows to obtain a perfectly tectilinear glueing line without defects. The group is equipped with a suction system of chips and a blower for the cleaning of the rectified panel before glueing.

Inlet guide with micrometric adjustment.
Variable removal from 0 to 2 mm with adjustment through knob and numerical indicator.

Pneumatic shears for cutting edges in bobbin up to 3 mm.
Exclusive features of shear group:
- oscillation movement of shear group.
Thanks to the oscillation movement of shear group, the feeding of the edge isn't stopped during the cut from the bobbin as a guarantee for a perfect glueing for edges up to 3 mm of thicknes and pannello 45 mm high.
- min. length of panels 210 mm

Teflon-coated glue pot to allow a complete and quick cleaning. Equipped with nr. 6 electric resistances (4 in the pot, 1 in the turret and 1 in the spreading roll) as guarantee for an uniform temperature of glue to eliminate the risk that an excess temperature damages glue and so the effectiveness of a perfect glueing. The motorized spreading roll distributes an uniform glue coat that can be adjusted in thickness on the side of the panel to be beaded.

1-motor, front and back automatic butting unit (straight cut) with copying devices and chips suction. Trimming units with milling cutters Z4 Ø 75 mm, Widia-tipped, combined profile: straight/ray 2 mm/bevel 1,5° (ray 3 mm on request)

Trimming units with vertical wheel copying device Ø 120 mm and frontal sliding copying device. 
Extendable frontal support with rolls for great panels.

Openable back locking equipped with large windows for the internal vision of the groups in working.

OPTIONAL

Detaching/anti-tackifier liquid spray group, it prevents that the exceeding glue sticks to the lower and upper surface of the panel and making easier and improving cleaning near the glueing line.
The spray function is managed by the electronic control.
Equipped with nr. 2 vaporisers (lower and upper) and a tank of liquid.
N.W.: available only combined with the rectification group (E 450 PM)

Infrared lamp for panel pre-heating after pre-milling.
Suitable to optimize glueing of edges heating panels before glueing.
Suggested specially for the zones with cold climate and for people who stocks panels in cold places.

Tool kit R=1 mm in place of R=2
It replaces the standard tools R=2 mm by tools R=1 mm on the trimming group and on the edge-scraping group (if it is supplied).

Edge-scraping group equipped with tools R=2 mm (R=1 and R=3 mm on request) for the perfect finishing of edges. It allows to eliminate the notches left by the tools of the trimming group. Equipped with vertical wheel copying device and frontal slide copying device for adjustment of the working position of the tool.

Suction system for edge-scraping group equipped with manifold of separation and collection of scraping chips of edges with transparent door. The utility of the manifold of separation and collection of chips is due to the special conformation of scraping chips of edges that could compromise the effectiveness of the suction system to which the machine is connected.

Glue-scraping group - Suitable to remove possible glue excess in the connection zone between panel and edge.

Cleaning liquid spray group - combined with the brush group, it improves the cleaning of panels from glue waste and polishing of edges making them homogeneous with surfaces. The spray function is managed by the electronic control.
Equipped with nr. 2 blowers (lower and upper) and liquid tank.
N.W.: available only combined with the brush group

Brush group - Equipped with 2 independent motors (kW 0,13 at 1.400 r.p.m.) it assures the perfect finishing of ABS and PVC edges.

Internal Led light for lighting of working groups.

Movement wheels equipped with wheels and crowbar with amovible handle bar to move easily the machine and in parking position when it isn't used.

Packing with crate.

Packing with seaworthy case.
