MAIN FEATURES
– incoming control panel to facilitate its use in all working conditions 
– base made of bent and welded steel laminates to give the structure a high rigidity 
– upper steel presser with 2 staggered rows of rubber pressure wheels mounted on bearings. Carter for the protection of wheels from unvented shavings.
– manual lifting of the presser with automatic positioning of the operating groups, depending on the thickness of the panel. 
– numerical indicator of the thickness of the selected panel.
– panel transport performed with track composed with pads covered with high-grip rubber and industrial chain with 3/4” mesh. The sliding of the pads takes place on 2 steel guides, one round and the other flat, which guarantee the linear transport of the piece and resistance to lateral loads. Manual roller lubrication. 
– panel support roller on the whole length of the machine 
– dedicated suction of the glue fumes 
– protection cabin 
– PLC and 4" graphic display with large and bright characters, selection of the processing language, keyboard with “soft touch” keys and leds, adjustment and indication of the glue pot temperature
– encoder electrical system located on the panel transport track pinion, lockable general switch and thermal relays, emergency button.

GROUPS OF THE BASIC MACHINE

RECTIFYING GROUP 
Composed by nr. 2 diamond tools, diam. 80 mm, it allows a valuable finish and linearity of the pre-processing panel. Equipped with separated suctions and an air blow device that cleans the panel from dust and  residual chips.
Possibility to perform vertical movements of the tools to be able to exploit them even in their final sharpening phase.

GLUE POT, EDGE LOADING AND PRESSURE GROUP equipped with:
– hot melt teflon-coated glue tank with rapid heating for an easy glue change
– glue spreading roll with internal resistance to guarantee a constant glue temperature
– temperatur control of the glue applied integrated in the PLC
– device for automatic recovery of unused glue
– automatic loader for edges in rolls with cutter for edges up to 3 mm thick
– revolving roll-holder diam. 730 mm
– rpressure roller consisting of nr. 2 steel rolls with opposite taper
– automatic reduction of the glue pot temperature after a temporary inactivity (standby)
self-lubrication system for the glue pot 

HEADING GROUP with high frequency motor for 90° cutting of excess edge, front and back.

TRIMMING GROUP with high frequency motor and equipped with frontal and rolling vertical disc copiers, to perfectly align the tools at the work point..
The group is complete with combined milling cutters diam. 55,3: a part of the cutting edge is used to trim radiated edges (2 mm or on request 3 mm) and thin beveled edges.The straight part of the cutting edge is used for trimming wooden edges up to 5 mm thick.
To move from the radius edge position to the wooden edge, it's sufficient to move the drills axially. The thickness of the edge being processed is set by 2 numerical indicators. The group has independent aspirations of the residual chip.

ROUNDING GROUP with high frequency motorIt can be operated directly from the control panel. Complete with:
– 1 high frequency motore (0,35 kW
– 12.000 r.p.m.
– 1 milling cutter Ø 58 mm Z4
