A product ready in stock is shipped by courier (if you have chosen this type of shipment) within 24/48 hours, barring unforeseen circumstances by the courier itself (excluding Saturday and Sunday).

In the event of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, we will not be liable to the customer for the delay or failure to execute deliveries and we will have the right to terminate the contract in whole or in part or suspend or postpone its execution.
In accordance with Legislative Decree 22.5.1999, n. 185, the consumer who for any reason is not satisfied with the purchase made, has the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract, within 8 working days for the goods from the day of their receipt, for services from the day of the conclusion of the “on-line” contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason.
The withdrawal must be expressed by sending, within the aforementioned period of 8 days, a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address: MakXilia s.r.l. – Via Lungofino n.187 – 65013 Citta ‘Sant’Angelo (PE), or via PEC at the address firstname.lastname@example.org.
Within the aforementioned term of 8 days, all purchased goods must be returned to the sender-supplier intact and in their original packaging and any manuals, without any lack.
The return costs will be borne by the consumer himself, while in default, the withdrawal will become ineffective.
Without prejudice to the fulfillment of the above, MakXilia Srl will refund the entire amount paid by the consumer within 30 days from the date of shipment of the goods by the customer, and it will be the consumer’s responsibility to promptly provide the coordinates. bank on which to obtain payment by bank transfer (ABI code, CAB, current account of the invoice holder).
Details and conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal:
– the law applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product (eg: accessories, etc.);
– the purchased good must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc.);
– by law, the shipping costs are charged to the customer;
– the shipment, until receipt of the goods at our headquarters, is under the complete responsibility of the customer;
– in case of damage to the goods during transport, MakXilia srl will notify the customer of the incident (within the working day following receipt of the goods), to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier chosen by him and obtain a refund the value of the asset (if insured); in this case, the product will be returned, with shipping costs charged to the customer, simultaneously with the cancellation of the request for withdrawal;
– MakXilia srl is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments;
– upon its arrival at the MakXilia srl headquarters, the product will be examined to assess any damage and / or tampering not caused by transport. If the original internal / external packaging is open and / or damaged, MakXilia srl will deduct a minimum percentage of 20% of the same from the refund due, as a contribution to the costs of restoring the goods.
– Without prejudice to any repair costs for damage to the original packaging, MakXilia srl will refund the customer the full amount already paid, within 30 days from the date of return of the goods.
It will be the customer’s responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the transfer (ABI Code – CAB – Current Account of the invoice holder).
The right of withdrawal is totally lost, for lack of the essential condition of integrity of the asset (packaging and / or its contents), in cases where MakXilia srl ascertains:
– the lack of the original external / internal packaging;
– the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, etc …);
– damage to the product for reasons other than its transport;
– in case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Makxilia srl will return the purchased good to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the sender.
The Court of Pescara (Italy) is competent for any dispute.
