By means of the cutting optimization software, the operator inserts the values in the PC software (included with the machine) and the panel cutting process is completely automatic.

Automatic Positioning System.
The machine automatically changes the vertical and horizontal position with the automatic positioning system.
By means of the panel lifting system on mod. DPM-AV, the adjustment process is completed while the panel is on the machine.

Engraving unit with double circular blade (the system can be excluded via lever).
The Engraving Blade System available with the machine prevents chipping that may occur during the cutting process.

Panel Lifting System with Pliers.
The clamping system of the panels used for the DPM-AV model, once again highlights its peculiarity in vertical cutting.
Thanks to this system, even a single operator can cut large panels in the desired size without any effort.
With the PC-controlled system, very precise cuts can be made.
With the Pneumatic Locking System present in the DPM-AV model, the panel can be trimmed at the bottom.
This makes the operator’s work extremely easy, allowing a fatigue-free and precise cutting operation to be performed.

– Completely welded frame, with panel support table with PVC-profiled listels, that can be moved automatically in order to avoid the contact with the circular blade in horizontal cuts.
– Automatic movement of the mast, for horizontal cuts, on linear guides and feed with pinion and rack.
– Automatic movement of the trolley, for vertical cuts, on linear guides and handling with pinion and rack.
– Servo-control panel drive system: It positions the panel for vertical panel cuts and pushes the cut parts out of the cutting point and allows operators to take it from the work area.
