STANDARD EQUIPMENT
Cast iron saw group, lifting through dovetail guides and tilting through high rigidity sliding side rests, equipped with engraver with independent motor with setup from outside the machine.
Anodized aluminium sliding carriage (dimensions 360 x 2600 mm) with sliding system on high precision hardfened steel guides, faatened through riveting system.
Squaring frame (dimensions 1200 x 650 mm) equipped with:
– telescopic guide with 2 reversible stops and inclined metrical rule favourable to the operator
– piece-fastening arm
– telescopic support extension
– idle roll to facilitate panel loading and unloading
Dedicated saw guide for the parallel cut equipped with:
– “high rigidity” cast iron support
– micrometric adjustment and eccentric locking
– rectified steel round section sliding bar diam. 45 mm

Each stop with its micrometric adjustment is equipped with independent electronic digital reader with detection system on magnetic band and visualization on LCD display.
N.W. The minimum height to which it’s possible to position the stop – nearest to the blade – is 420 mm (450 mm for double tilting saw +/-46°). It’s possible to fill this limit buying 1 “3rd squaring stop with LCD visualizer for position readout”.
