MINI WIRE SERIES BENCH HEATER Mod. MW 1000

The Mini Wire (bench heater) is a versatile and economical equipment that allows the processing of sheets made of thermoplastic materials such as PMMA, PC, PE, PVC, Corian, etc.
Fits sheets of all thicknesses including 2 to 8 mm.
With Mini Wire heaters it is possible to perform localized heating in order to proceed with the bending (manually) of the different sheets. This is done in a unilateral manner. In the case of thicknesses greater than 5-6 mm, it is still possible to perform heating simply by inverting the plate so as to obtain uniform heating.
The resistance is adjustable by means of a potentiometer so as to always obtain the best temperature depending on the slab to be heated.
