AUTOMATIC HOT BENDING MACHINE AB2000 series
The AB2000 machine is designed for the heating and subsequent folding in manual or fully automatic mode of thermoplastic slabs with variable thickness.
Even the AB2000 is characterized by a great versatility: it allows the processing of plates of different materials such as Plexiglass (PMMA), Polycarbonate (PC), Polyethylene (PE), PVC, Corian, etc.
Particularly suitable for heating and bending, at a pre-set angle, of slabs with low and medium thickness  (da 2 a 12 mm) and different dimensions. With the AB2000 you can perform localized heating in order to proceed to the automatic bending of the different sheets. This happens both in bilateral mode, thus reducing the processing time, and in unilateral mode, in case of limited thickness.
The machine AB2000 is available with bilateral heating or with one-sided heating, is made following the criteria of maximum reliability and durability, extremely easy to use thanks to a clear and intuitive operator interface, meets the needs of the most different types of processing.

The machines of the AB2000 series find application in the field of the construction of objects and components in thermoplastic material such as exhibitors and brochure holders in plexiglass, furniture details and fittings for stores, advertising, polycarbonate fire protection and, more generally, in all those applications where it’s necessary to perform hot bending without producing defects or marks on the material.
