Space, two machines in one, speed, ergonomics, easy to use, are important words all summarized in the Multi Ranger RS 4221 Vertical Machining Centre.
The ratio between working table and occupied space is 1 to 1,25, which means 8,8 sqm of working table and 11 sqm of occupied surface, including the side protections and the safety photocells.
The Multi Ranger can be configured in many ways thanks to the availability of different working units. In this way this machine can be used for different kind of materials like fibre cement, plasterboard, paperboards, wood, laminated, foam, composites etc.
This machine can be equipped with an automatic vacuum sensor control switch for the independent discharge of each single working piece, avoiding that other pieces fall off.
The small space occupied, the reliability of the units and components make these Vertical Machining Centres a solution for all needs of cutting, sizing, milling and drilling with high accuracy, which is necessary for modern workshops, designer ateliers where prototypes are created or for service shops or small/medium productions.
The machine can be configured with two main units: one for milling and boring and the other for sizing and squaring.
The sizing unit “S250” can be equipped with a 250 mm circular saw blade which can swivel automatically at 0° or 90°. In this way it is possible with very high precision to size, square, make repeating sizing cuts and kerfing.
The milling unit “R55A” equipped with an automatic tool changer allows you to mill, drill and groove thanks to the numerical control precision, the accurate functioning of the units and its sturdy structure.
