CUBER FOR POLYSTYRENE HOT BLADE KNIFE MOD. CHIPS-MAKER – As per E.C. rules
The hot wire cuber for polystyrene “Chips Maker” is used to produce polystyrene chips and cubes for packaging, obrained through a system of crossed harps as processing products.
Its functionality consists in working EPS ed XPS via 3 crossed harps of hot wire, two of which are fixed and the last is mobile to be able to cut at user’s discretion the material loaded on the loading hopper.
Thanks to motorized harp speed adjustment potentiometers and wire temperature, it can change the length of chips or cubes generating a shorter or longer shape according to what is required.
The chipbvoard thus obtained is deposited in the special bag placed in the terminal phase of the unloading hopper.
The Chips Maker represents a double opportunity for companies: help the environment by reducing the production of eps / xps wastes and that of generating profit thanks to the possibility of reuse the latter in other sectors, such as packaging.
