The Shredder Crusher  has been designed to grind the waste of cutting or processing of expanded polystyrene, of various densities and sizes.

The innovative low noise crushing system is a new feature in the sector, so as to make the machine particularly versatile for insertion in the workplace as well as complying with safety regulations that require the reduction of noise emissions at source.

The innovative design and the simplicity of the mechanism can allow the use of the basic configuration to make it suitable to use in many fields for the shredding of particularly friable materials with low hardness.

The machine has been realized keeping in mind the fundamental concepts necessary for modern plants: reliability, robustness, operator safety, environmental protection and modularity.

The structure of the electrical system, with automatic controls of all processing phases, allows to obtain the best performance with only 6,55 kW .

The sturdiness of the materials, the effectiveness of the shredding system and the particular grids of which it is equipped allow the machine to produce 4-5 m3/h of polystyrene flakes by shredding waste with a density of up to 50 kg/mc.

The loading system, the built-in vacuum cleaner, the exclusive design of the shredder knives and the small dimensions of space ensure the optimization of the working process eliminating the residues and the diffusion of the dust and limiting the noise of the machine and allowing its use in the same environment of the others machining.

The limit switches, the optical detectors and the automatic locking systems guarantee the simplicity and absolute safety of use of the belt.
