The shredder for EPS is a machine for making flakes/flakes from EPS foam blocks (polystyrene) for pillow applications and for further recycling as extrusion pelletizing.
The machine can also reduce the foam volume of EPS (polystyrene) for easier and cheaper transport.
Whether it is packaging material, insulation boards, modeling cutouts, or thermoforming of EPS sheets of frame shapes, the machine crushes large pieces into smaller flakes from 20 to 50 mm.

How the EPS shredder works:
Throw the scraps of EPS (polystyrene) into the hopper of the machine.
The crusher knives break the foam parts of EPS (polystyrene) into smaller pieces.
An optional screen under the demolition chamber screens the measuring scales at 25/40/60 mm.
EPS flakes are collected in plastic bags.
As a result you have small pieces of EPS flakes to use for various applications or for use in compactors.

Our EPS (polystyrene) shredders break boxes or other EPS foam, EPS plates, EPP blocks, and XPS foam boards into smaller pieces from 20 to 60 mm in diameter.
Feeding measures from 500 to 1200 mm.
The pieces thus shredded, will take less space in the warehouse, and this will facilitate the further process of compaction and pelletization of extrusion.
This type of machine is used in PS foam forming factories, food container thermoforming factories, EPS recycling centers, fragile goods packing shops, and parcel packing centers.
