The 300C CNC hot wire EPS cutting machine allows you to easily and accurately produce:

• windows shutter boxes
• side shoulders of eps / xps for windows
• components made of expaned / extruded polystryene to insulate the whole structure of windows/ doors
• insulating monobloks for windows ready for installation on site.

Obviously, being a versatile cnc hotwire foam cutting machine equipped with 4 independent axes, these
polystyrene elements for insulation of windows and doors can be produced in different sizes and
customizable in order to fully adapt to the needs of designing new buildings or restoring existing buildings.

300C, thanks to its latest generation software, can also be used to cut other kind of shapes and elements related to the building and construction sector: polystyrene formwork, eps / xps precast, columns / pillars, cornices, capitals, decorative elements for facades, exterior and interior design.
