3-WHEEL BAND SAW mod. SET/2000-SN44 WITH MECHANICAL FEEDING DEVICE FOR PANEL MATERIAL – AS PER E.C. RULES.
(In the photo of the machine, the gray rectangular ground base is an optional).
This machine is composed by the SN44, by the articulated arm with column and by the material support, that allows it to move lightly and easily in any direction, keeping the working piece fixed.
The band saw SV3 is different from the traditional models for its various innovations:
Cutting capacity with the minimum encumbrance.
Tilting working table in both directions, 45 degrees towards right and 15 degrees towards left; it presents high practicality features because it?s manually adjustable thanks to a graduated wheel.
Patented safety guard that guarantees an absolute calm while working: the band saw blade is completely protected by the housing.
Maximum silentness and absence of vibrations.
Availibility of 3 vulcanized rubber and ground wheels; this allows to use band saw blades of any width, even upto mm. 4 min., to make very narrow rays. Wheels don?t need any maintenance.
The function of belt sanding machine (optional) taking off the blade-guide and applying an emery belt instead of the blade.
