MAIN FEATURES
Multiple single-head boring machine, for working of horizontal, vertical and 45° workings, for working of wood and materials with similar physical features.
Base and worktable
Structure of bent steel laminates, weldes among them, to create a large and rigid base of piece support.
Upright
Structure of very thick steel, adjustable in depth, that can easily bear working stress. Pneumatic cylinders for clamping pieces while boring.
Operating group
Boring head with quick connection chucks pitch 32mm, with aluminium structure and motion system through gear cascade. Boring motion of head by pneumatic piston. 
Motion of pieces and operating group 
Automatic motion of head for turnover (horizontal – vertical) of the Operating group, with locking at 45°.
Bottom stops, side stops and extensions for long pieces, for he maximum precision of working.
SAFETY RULES
In its basic standard composition, the machine already includes safety protections as per safety rules of the cou ntries where they are requested.

STANDARD EQUIPMENT

Boring head with n. 27 quick connection chucks and 9 tool-holder tins diam. 10 mm
Integrated suction system in the boring head, to keep the machine rool clean from boring dust.
Locking of the operating group at 45°
58.01.03 – Automatic horizontal/vertical motion of the boring head. Motion, interlocked by pneumatic circuit, that allows the rotation of the boring head automatically by selector from the control panel.
Height-adjustment of the operating group through handwheel and mechanical digital indicator.
Adjustment of the boring depth from 0 to 60 mm through 5-position revolve WITH AUTOMATIC DIFFERENTIAL OF HORIZONTAL/VERTICAL DEPTH TO AVOID PANEL BREAKING DOWN.
Adjustment of the descent speed of the boring group while working.
Group of adjustable side guides with cast iron support, supplied with metrical reading bar.
Side guide (length 3000 mm) with sickle stops for great panels. Installable instead of the already existing guides on the machine, at 90º as to the boring line and equipped with 4 excludable sickle stops (it can also be used like back guide).
Compass device – It allows to position quickly the opposite guide to that one used without reading the metrical rule.
N°2 upper pressure cylinders for piece clamping and n° 2 adjustable depth stops on millimetric scale
