DESCRIPTION

The SPZ-2 brushing machine consists of two independent brushing units; the first unit for roughing and the second for finishing.

The first unit features a steel-brass brush, also very effective on hard woods. The degree of rustication can be changed by setting the machining depth.

The second unit features a silicon-carbide brush with medium-large grain for finishing operations.

The SPZ-2 covers a broad range of operations – from machining wings for door and window frames to working beams, matchboards, floor boards, etc.

By replacing the type of brush, different degrees of finish can be obtained.

The SPZ-2 is highly flexible; furthermore, because the brushes can be easily changed according to needs, the SPZ-2 can also polish, clean and spread products on wood profile sections.
