Calibrating-sanding machine with:
Combined individual group including:
Fluted steel roll ø 120 mm, with pressure multiplier on belt tensioning and decimal adjustment of working height.
Full rigid pad (density 0,68), with glued graphite canvas, on extractable bar with decimal adjustment of working height.

MACHINE CONTROLS:
CA5558 Electronic control “FOX 500 KTR” – It operates the automatic intervention of pad and/or of a piece inlet/outlet sanding roll.
The automatic intervention is synchronized either with the 1st or the 2nd feeding speed (standard 2-speed geared motor) either with any speed set up through motovariator or inverter.
It operates the timing of max 2 roll groups or 1 roll and 1 pad 
N.W Obligatory to select an “X” version for the timed control of the roll group and of the pad.
For the Libra 10 it’s obligatory to select the selectors for pad and roll positioning from the control board
Timing is only available on sanding rolls 45, 30 or 20 Sh
Not available with Eco System Package
