Motor power in S1.
N.W. The machine is produced in standard configuration Volt 400/ Hz 50 and must be fed by 3-phase + neutral + earth.
For feeding net at 400 Volt without neutral and voltages more than 400 Volt (even with neutral) it’s required the single-phase tranformer in the optional items of the price list.
For voltages 220/230 Volt (50/60 Hz) an additional cost is foreseen.
Machines can be equipped with sectionized pads in the Y, Z and Z super versions

Pitch 56: equipped with 20 sectors (version 1100) and 24 sectors (version 1350)
Sectors with adjustable single pressure, equipped with N° 2 contact inserts:
• half-rigid insert made by flexible steel+felt foil (density D=0,68) and graphite cloth (recommended for massive or veneered panels)
• soft insert made by thin flexible steel + rubber and felt foil (density D=0,68) and graphite cloth (recommended for veneered or painted panels)
Electronic sectionized pad (pitch 56 and pitch 30) – Available for versions 1100 and 1350 equipped with electronic programmer “FOX-500”
Pitch 56: equipped with 20 sectors (version 1100) and 24 sectors (version 1350)
Pitch 30: equipped with 37 sectors (version 1100) and 46 sectors (version 1350)
Sectors are operated through “FOX-500” that activates synchronization of the intervention with feeding speed and the quantity of sectors according the geometrical shape of piece.
It allows the selection of a greater or smaller number at left or at right or at both sides of the piece.
– The programmer also allows timing of 2 roll operating groups more provided of hardness 20, 30 or 45 Sh and equipped with selector for positioning from the control board
