CLEAN AIR COMPACT FILTER UNIT Mod. HN 325 – Certificate for internal use EN 16770
The HN line is the latest born, built in accordance with the EN 16770 standard, a standard which, within certain characteristics, allows the filter to be positioned inside the laboratory without the need to install the chimney for the expulsion of filtered air.
The machine can also be purchased without the necessary components and features of the EN 16770.
This version clearly has a lower cost.
All three models have a high pressure fan made by us.
The HN line has a dusty air inlet calm chamber and a cleaning system with an electric vibrator. The cleaning vibrator can be operated either manually or automatically, from a special timed control panel.
Dust collection takes place inside metal bins on large wheels.
Each machine has an automatic bin depression system, thanks to which an internal plastic bag can be used to collect dust.
All machines work in “depression”, so they have the fan placed in a clean area, not crossed by dust.
In the EN 16770 certified versions, the machines with 2 and 3 bins are also equipped with an anti-return flap, differential pressure switch for filter clogging, an automatic fire detection and extinguishing system, all controlled by a control panel with a 7“ touch.
The machines are supplied already fully assembled and ready for use, without only a power cable.
All machines have large inspection and maintenance doors and are fully painted.
