Working cell (D-version)
The working cell Easy Jet is composed by:

The aligner is composed by a suction cup for the panels and a piece surface measuring system for height alignment with the machine
• Tool magazine lifting: rack tool magazine lifting device that allows the passage of panels from the loading elevator to the worktable. During this phase the machine is positioned in the neutral zone.
• Suction pads for panels: Automatic devices that allow to take the piece from the pre-insertion position and take it to the work area. It includes blowers that guarantee the gripping of the pieces even in dusty conditions. Max. piece thickness 30 mm (total piece thickness, martyr included 40 mm)

NOTE:
The machine is set up to be connected to an electric net: 3-PHASE + NEUTRAL 400 V 
In the absence of the NEUTRAL conductor it’s required to assemble one of the autotransformers included in the paragraph «Various items, working centers»
The machine isn’t protected against the risks of electrocution due to indirect contacts.
The protection against the indirect contacts of the machine is customer’s task.
In this regard, it’s specified that in the installations of:
• TT-type, powered by low-voltage public distribution network,
• TN-type, powered by medium-voltage public distribution network,
The power supply line of the machine must be protected by a differential switch:
• dedicated (recommended of B-type), independent of that one of the factory or of other users,
• ajustable either in current (recommended 0,03 – 0,3 – 1 A) or in time (recommended 0 – 0,3 – 1 – 3 S.),
• appropriately coordinated with the user’s earthing system (ref. IEC 60364-4-41; HD 60364-4-41).
For environments with a higher risk of fire, the maximum value of the differential is 1A (even with delayed intervention).
In case of installations TN-type, the system must be TN-S/type with separated neutral and protection conductor (IEC 60364-4-482; HD 384.4.482).

The Easy Jet is available in 4 different configurations and in different versions of length and width:
• EASY JET – A: machine equipped for milling applications, only
• EASY JET – B: ideal machine for panel working
• EASY JET – C: machine with richer outfittings
• EASY JET – D: machine with richer outfittings and loading and unloading automation

It’s possible to add the optional items mentioned in the price list to the different versions.

When inserted in line, the machine can’t be put into service before the line in which it will be incorporated is declared compliant with Directive 2006/42/CE.

Device that allows – by an automatic cycle – reading and updating of the tool assembled on the electro-spindle, to preserve the integrity of the martyr panel during the cutting phases of the elements and the precision of the engraving depth in the upper part of the panel.

FB0752 2 mechanical vices with one moviment 
The vices are used for clamping straight elements to be profiled or butted. They can be positioned along the table like a normal suction cup and with piece locking by vacuum. Clamping range from 12 mm to 80 mm; cylinder stroke 10 mm.; max force 700N; height from the table 45 mm.

FB0845 Automatic centralized lubrication
An electric pump supplies the lubricant intended for feeding  the group of distributors that guarantees the adequate quantity of lubrication to the sliding parts. The tank has a capacity of 2Kg.
An electronic device allows to program the operation of the lubrication system by selecting the pause times and the delivery times.

FB0585 Roll-up anti-intrusion device for Y=4-5 ft
As an alternative to the fixed guard at the end of the bench
Safety device designed not to allow intrusions inside the fairing in the case of machining at the end of the workbench and at the same time, by means of the roller shuttle, it allows to get closer allowing easy access to the bench when the machine doesn’t work.
