GENERAL FEATURES
Computerized C.N.C. work center with bar worktable and cantilever structure for for working wood and materials with similar physical features.:
• vertical drilling on the panel surface 
• horizontal drilling on the 4 sides of the panel
• milling with disc cutter integrated in “X” direction

Base and work-table
• Base and upright in electro-welded steel.  
• Worktable available in 3 lengths and fitted with “IMC” (Interchangeable Modular Cups) tables in sturdy closed aluminium structure.
The tables slide on round hardened and ground guides and are equipped with:
– rear reference with retractable rod for positioning the panel in push
– front retractable reference (double wire”0”) for double work area and working of narrow pieces
– integrated vacuum and compressed air distribution system.
• The machine is equipped with a centralized lubrication system with progressiv distribution
• Centralized suction system with conveyor equipped with automatic partialisation managed by control

Mobile upright and operating group
• Mobile upright with welded steel structure and internal ribs
• Operating group for vertical and horizontal drilling with independent chucks realized in light aluminium alloy with high mechanical properties
• The movement of the X and Y axis takes place via pinion and rack with convex and ground helical teeth covered with dry lubricating film
• The movement of the Z axis takes place via ball screw and preloaded nut
• The motorization of the axis is carried out by means of Brushless motors powered and controlled by parameterized digital drives

It allows the connection of the supervision PC of the machine with the assistance system through Internet network

• on-line verification and modification on-line of the status of the configurations, parametres and programs of the machine
• data backup and file transfer operations
