New automatic machine named Alfa Jamb, specifically designed to process door frames.
The Alfa Jamb stands out for its programmable milling spindle, useful for hinge drilling and modifying rounded corners.
It can handle pieces up to a length of 2,800 mm and features an industrial touchscreen interface with preset macros that simplify programming.
In terms of performance, the Alfa Jamb can process 15-20 frame sets per hour, each with three hinge recesses and four holes per recess, minimizing operator intervention. The machine is also versatile, sequentially processing both left and right jambs or large batches of the same product type.
