The automatic edge banders of “ME” range are simple and complete with the possibility to glue even edges in solid wood strips up to 5 mm, characteristics that make them the top-of-the-range solution for artisan carpentry.
Perfect edge joint line
Pre-milling unit Panel edge surface without any imperfections before the gluing operation. It utilizes 2 tools (1 tool for me 28t) with opposing rotation and timed intervention that, through the removal operation, corrects any panel imperfections caused by the saw cutting process and panel storage. The independent exhaust system and the air blowing device removes dust and chips from the panel.

Ideal Edge Application.
Gluing group
The glue is heated quickly and homogeneously by the resistances.
The automatic lowering of the temperature in case of temporary inactivity of the machine prevents the glue from burning.
A new innovative self-lubricating system for the glue pot allows more extensive use of the edge bander without the need for greasing.
2 rolls effectively and uniformly press the edge onto the piece.
The glue spreading roll with internal resistance ensures uniform glue distribution and at the maximum working temperature even on panels of the maximum workable height.
Available like optional, the quick release of the glue pot and the PU glue pot.
Brillant idea
Rounding Unit. It carries out the rounding of thin and thick edges up to 3 mm, for the best panel finish quality.
Ease-of-use
Control Panel. Optimal managing of the machine thanks to the 4” graphic display with large and bright characters, keyboard with LED “soft touch” keys, adjustment and indication of the temperature for the glue pot.
PLC Control System.
Simple and intuitive, it allows an easy selection of all the main functions and guides the operator during maintenance, cleaning and diagnostic operations.
Perfect finish quality
Spray-mist Device and Anti-adhesive Unit for Edge Finish. The units improve the panel cleaning and polishing.

RECTIFYING GROUP
Composed by nr. 2 diamond tools, diam. 80 mm, it allows a valuable finish and linearity of the pre-processing panel. Equipped with separated suctions and an air blow device that cleans the panel from dust and residual chips.
Possibility to perform vertical movements of the tools to be able to exploit them even in their final sharpening phase.
GLUE POT, EDGE LOADING AND PRESSURE GROUP equipped with:

The group is complete with combined milling cutters diam. 55,3: a part of the cutting edge is used to trim radiated edges (2 mm or on request 3 mm) and thin beveled edges.The straight part of the cutting edge is used for trimming wooden edges up to 5 mm thick.
To move from the radius edge position to the wooden edge, it’s sufficient to move the drills axially. The thickness of the edge being processed is set by 2 numerical indicators. The group has independent aspirations of the residual chip.

58.06.53 EDGE SCRAPING GROUP
New Edge scraping group with numerical positioning indicator. Il allows the finishing of the 2 mm. PVC/ABS edge (on request, other thicknesses). The high rigidity structure allows an optimal vibration-free finish. Machining precision is ensured by frontal and vertical disc copiers, that accurately position the knives with respect to the cutting point.

58.05.09 Device for heating the edge of the panel
Inserted into the machine before the gluing unit, it heats the panels to better adhere the glue, optimizing the edging action. The device is particularly useful in the case of cold work environments and/or storage of panels.
58.06.57 Infrared ceramic lamp to heat panels before applying the glue. It improves the bonding quality in case of low ambient temperatures.
58.05.10 Anti-adhesive group
Positioned before the rectifier group, it prevents the glue from adhering to the lower and upper surfaces of the panel, improving its cleaning. Complete with 2 spray nozzles fed by a container of anti-adhesive liquid.
58.05.48 Nebulizing device for edge finishing
