AUTOMATIC SINGLE SIDE EDGE BANDER CASADEI BUSELLATO mod. FLEXA 27 – M 6 – As per E.C. rules

STANDARD EQUIPMENT
• Incoming control panel on pine cone on ergonomic position
• Protection booth for glueing area and finishing groups with polycarbonate windows for viewing the groups during processing
• Machine base in folded and welded laminates that guarantee high rigidity to the structure
• Panel support roller positioned externally to the track along the entire length of the machine with telescopic opening system and panel plastic sliding wheels  with steel rotation pins 
• Track feeding system with high adherence rubber coated shoes fixed on industrial chain. The runners slide on 2 steel guides. The 2 guides have different section: one is circular in section, one is flat in section. This system allows straight forward movement  and ensures high resistance to lateral loads. Manual shoe lubrication.
• Upper presser with 2 rows of wheels mounted on bearings with casing to cover the wheels from any un-aspirated chips. Manual presser lifting and with automatic positioning of the upper operating groups  superiori as the thickness of the panel changes. Lower groups fixed to the lower spar for a precise reference with respect to the panel. All high frequency motors are powered by a static frequency converter (inverter).
Suction mouths of the operating groups positioned on the upper side of the cabin.
• The thickness of the selected panel is displayed through a numerical indicator at the machine input

Electrical system and safety
Electrical system positioned inside the base with closing door that allows convenient access for any maintenance operations. System built in compliance with current regulations. The machine is built in compliance with current regulations.

Control system “MEGA 120”
Numerical control positioned at the entrance of the machine on a pine cone in an ergonomic area for the operator.
Functons:
– 4″ graphic display with large and bright characters
– processing language selection
– on/off buttons for workgroups with “soft” buttons and luminous status LEDs
– complete management of the machine automation through PLC and encoder positioned on the pinion of the panel transport track
– display for programming and controlling of the working temperature
– simple and guided diagnostics for the solution of possible errors
– partial and absolute working statistical data: number of pieces worked, edge used and track distance

OPERATING GROUPS

Inlet rectifier group “TR/K1”
The group, positioned before the glueing group, allows to grind the edge of the panel and to obtain an excellent glueing surface.
– 2 cutters equipped with automatic timed intervention to avoid panel chipping, mounted on 2 high frequency motors.
– hoods for the suction of the chip
– timed blower to clean the machined side
– variable removal by adjusting the input guide by means of a knob and numerical indicator
– height adjustment of the tools to vary the cutting point
– equipped with a pair of diamond cutters H 49 (D= 100 H= 49 Z= 2+2). Max workable panel height 45 mm

Glue pot group, edge loading and pressure “GP/200”
The unit performs automatic glueing with hot melt glue of edges in rolls and strips on the side of straight panels 
Glue pot
– independent motorization for the recirculation and the continuous recovery of the glue 
– non-stick treatment to facilitate glue replacement and maontenance
– spreader roller with knurling which guarantees a homogeneous and optimized spreading
– digital thermoregulation to control the glue temperature
– glue pot temperature with automatic lowering after a period of inactivity of the machine
– adjustment of the glue dispensed
Edge loading
– drive roller for automatic loading of the edge when the panel arrives
– shears for automatic cutting of the edge in rolls
– roll holder plate
Edge pressure roller
– 1st large motorized and friction roller 
– 2 idle rollers with opposite taper which ensure optimized edge pressure
– roll pressure with mechanical adjustment
– position adjustable by knob and numerical indicator according to the thickness of the edge

Header group “IK/200”
The group allows to perfectly cut the excess edge on the front and rear of the panel.
– 2 high frequency motors
– sliding of the 2 motors on prismatic guides with recirculating ball slides
– copiers for the precise adjustment of the cutting point of the blades 
– blade pneumatic tilting 0 ÷ 15° from the control panel
– complete of blades

Trimming group “TT/K”
The group allows to trim the excess edge on the upper and lower sides of the panel.
– 2 high frequency motors
– copiers for the adjustment of the cutting point of the tools on the panel: vertical copiers with single disc and the front ones with 3 rotating contact points
– hoods for chip suction
– system with 3 pneumatic positions for positioning of the group from the control board
– adjustment by knob and numerical indicators 
– complete of combi-tool (R= 2) for working 3 types of edge: thin, radiant and solid

Rounding group “ROUND A/1”
The group allows the automatic rounding of plastic edges in the front and rear corner of straight panels and with radius (see processing diagrams)
– high frequency motor
– system with 2 pneumatic positions for positioning of the group from the control board
– vertical and frontal copier for the adjustment of the cutting point of the tool on the panel
– automatic exclusion of the group 
– complete of diamond tool with radius (R=2)
N.W. Separate rounding between front and rear corner is not possible 

Edge scraper group “SCR/K”
The group allows the elimination from the plastic edges of the notches left by the tools during trimming
pneumatic exclusion (on/off) of the group from the control board 
– adjustment by knobs and numerical indicators 
– rotating copiers for adjusting the working point of the tools on the panel
– complete of knives (R=2)
