STANDARD EQUIPMENT

Steel enbloc structure of high rigidity and stability.
Scratch-resistant worktable in phenolic multilayer, with modular holes equipped with positionable dowels for panel support (n° 20 standard plugs)
Trimming group equipped with:
– 2 operating motors 0,55 kW with support carriages sliding on rectified guides
– manual device for the vertical opening of the 2 motors that facilitates the introduction of curved panels in the machine
– horizontal adjustments of the upper motor to trim panels with an inclined edge
– vertical adjustments of the upper motor to adjust the position according to thickness of panels
– inverter at 200 Hz, with electronic brake
– integrated suction hoods to keep the worktable always clean without hampering workings
Copying units equipped with:
– kit of interchangeable vertical copying units in scratch-resistant material for the optimal utilization of the machine. 2 pairs of copying units , 1 with 2 bearings for straight panels and 1 with single bearing of great dimensions for curved or shaped panels
– easy and immediate adjustment of tools through rotating rings with decimal indications (patent Scm)
– kit of interchangeable frontal turning copying units with hardened, rectified and chrome-plated contact surfaces
