AUTOMATIC PNEUMATIC JOINING MACHINE Mod. “JUMBO-AUTOMATICA-3P”, STROKE mm. 120, AUTOMATIC CLIP-PUSHING DEVICE. As per E.C. rules.
Pneumatic/electronic Joining machine for small, medium and great frames, since it can join frames with the min. section 8×8 and the max. 120×110.
In fact, the “JUMBO JOINT AUTOMATICA 3P” has a high flexibility and adaptability to any type of frame, either like type of profile or quality in wood and finishings, because it can clamp the angle to be joined and insert clips in the required positions through the mobile carriage.
It can work either automatically or manually.
For a perfect angle clamping it has the following adjustments, all independent: thrust power of the frontal presser, clamping power of the upper presser, adjustment of the square angle either like opening or positions of walls, manual or automatic cycle selection, 3-position insertion of parallel and laid upon clips, self-levelling pressers suitable for clamping of large frames more than mm. 40, device for exclusion of 1 of 2 pressers in order to work with large frames less than mm. 40.
The pneumatic clip-pushing device is currently assembled for a more constant thrust power, furthermore – at clip end – there is the stop of the machine with signaling of empty loader.
In order to facilitate the use of the machine, all controls are located on a panel in front of the operator, the programmable computer included.
The ” JUMBO JOINT AUTOMATICA 3P” can be equipped with the automatic inserting device of sticks in the loader in order to work without interruptions, as well as the quick cycle.
