MECHANICAL JOINING MACHINE FOR ASSEMBLING FRAMES Mod. JOINT-5×5-MECS – As per E.C. rules
Totally mechanical machine to join angles of frames.
Operating the pedal for the whole stroke, before you can obtain the frontal and upper clamping of 2 pieces to be joined, and then inserting the clip.
Making the pedal go up only partially, you can insert clips laid upon without unlocking the angle.
The JOINT 5×5-MEC currently uses clips mm. 7-10-15 high (optional: 4-12), and can join either frames at 90 degrees or hexagons and octagons with min. section mm. 5×5 and max. mm. 100×70.
The JOINT 5×5-MEC is currently supplied with 2 upper interchangeable pressers in order to fit any shape of profile.
By the JOINT 5×5-MEC you can work either in front or back. If it isn’t specified in the order, it will be supplied to work in front. Anyhow the replacement is very simple and quick.
