PNEUMATIC AUTOMATIC JOINING MACHINE Mod. “JUMBO-AUTOMATICA-EC-2P” – E.C.
This is the machine for frame-makers and joiners who work medium-large and shaped profiles where it’s required to insert 2 or more parallel clips, very easy to be used and cheap.
It uses PILM clips with thickness mm. 4/7/10/12/15, it can join either 90-degree angles or 120 and 135-degree ones, with the minimum profile section mm. 8×5 and the maximum mm. 120×130.
It currently assembles an only upper presser and the fixed square, while – on request – it’s possible to have the self-levelling pressers and the adjustable square.
For the best frame clamping, it has the following adjustments, all independent: thrust force of the frontal presser, clamping force and down speed of the upper presser.
It’s available with the clip inserting strokes: mm. 125 and 155.
