PNEUMATIC JOINING MACHINE FOR FRAME ASSEMBLING Mod. JOINT-5×5-A WITH DOUBLE CONTROL PEDAL AND FIXED CARRIAGE – As per E.C. rules
This is a bench-model with pneumatic operation, of easy construction and easy to be used.
The control is given by the double-stroke pedal: by the 1st part it clamps the frame, by the 2nd one it inserts the clip.
The JOINT-5×5-A is complete with the upper frame clamping, only.
It uses clips mm. 7-10-15 mm. high, mm. 4 and 12 on request.
It can join either frames with 90-degree angles or 120-degree ones (hexagon) and 135 degrees (octagone) with the min. section mm. 5×5 and the max. mm. 100×70.
The machine is supplied equipped with interchangeable pressers, governor and manometer for the control of the working pressure, compensator thicknesses for clips mm. 7-10-15 high.
Furthermore, it’s equipped with safety guard with machine stop device.

* Glue dispenser – pneumatic device that prepares the operator the glue (“Vynavil” type cold glue) to be spread on the surface to be joined. Useful for frames of great sections and soft wood. Complete with connections.
* Compensator thickness for clips mm. 4
* Compensator thickness for clips mm. 12
* Air lubrication filter, it filters impurities and moisture of the compressed air and keeps optimal the lubrication of the pneumatic components for a long life of the same. It’s required if the machine is far more than 5 mts. from the compressor.
* Flexible halogen lamp, appliable to all joining machines. Ideal to light the working area. Its flexibility allows to adjust positioning making visible the less accessible points, too.
* Square for hexagon (120 degrees) to join hexagonal frames. It’s applied to the square at 90 degrees.
* Square for octagon (1350 degrees) to join octagonal frames. It’s applied to the square at 90 degrees.
* Pneumatic clip-pushing device
* Couple of working table extensions, they are applied to the container of machines and allow to increase the work of the machine themselves.
* Variable tilting bench (the bench, only), support bench for the mod. JUMBO that allows to tilt the machine from horizontal to almost vertical (87 degrees) to join great frames. It has a handy drawer.
* Enlargement table (to be fixed to extensions), it’s applied to extensions in order to enlarge the working table when the tilting bench is used.
* Couple of square rises, they are applied to the square in order to rise the support walls of the frame mm. 7 per mm. 7.
