GRINDER mod.M-0 – Production 80-90 Kg/h – As per E.C. rules
The new M-0 grinder is suitable for little production.
This grinder is suitable for: WOOD, PALLETS, CARDBOARD and ELECTRICS CABLES, etc.
It consists of:
a weight-bearing structure consisting of an assembly of different thicknesses of sheet metal to ensure sturdiness and to eliminate noise as far as possible during operation. All the parts of the structure are snap-connected to ensure alignment and maximum precision.
Hydraulic unit for moving the feed box.
Rotor in special steel made of a single body on which the cutting tools are mounted provided with four Vidiam cutting edges bits. The tools can be changed easily when they are worn out or broken because they are fixed with screws. Counterblade in hardened shock-resistant steel.
Power cabinet that encloses all the safety devices and guards, provided with a PLC that controls the reverse of the rotor in case of block.
The PLC will reverse the rotation direction of the rotor to facilitate release. After rotor rotation has been reversed, the rotor resumes the grinding direction. If the jam is repeated several times in succession, the machine stops and generates an alarm.
Direct-drive reduction unit with cast iron body provided with a reaction arm to prevent violent blows if nongrindable material is inserted into the hopper. It is supported by adjustable radial bearings with two crowns of rollers that can withstand even really heavy-duty situations.
