DOUBLE CROSS-CUTTING AND SQUARING VENEER PACK GUILLOTINE SHEAR mod. BIT 900/4000 – As per E.C. rules
This machine allows the simultaneous cross-cutting on both veneer pack sides and automatic measuring of veneer pack length. Accordingly programmed, it allows obtaining a series of packs having a submultiple length or the original one.
Structure: The machine consists of two Guillotines: one fixed, at the end of the table, whilst the second guillotine can move automatically all the table long.
Electronic measuring devices and a point-to-point N.C. allow to read the Guillotine movements and to program the positioning of the same.
Both Guillotines are equipped with laser device, cross directed, as cutting edge light. A full stock of safety photocells avoids any approach to the machine during the cutting operation.
Half-automatic – The movement of the mobile guillotine is controlled by the push-button panel and the cutting position is chosen thanks to laser rays or readout – on the visualizer – of the distance between the mobile guillotine and the fixed one.
Automatic – The cutting distance between 2 guillotines is inserted, the mobile guillotine automatically puts into position and both cut at the same time.
Automatic with stored programs – Programs are inserted with succession of movements of the mobile guillotine and of cuts in order to obtain perfectly squared several packs of smaller length from the initial pack.
Thanks to original constructive features and advanced electronic control systems, it gives a reduction of more than 50% of the measuring/cross-cutting time of veneer packs, as to traditional systems.
It guarantees great precision on cutting lengths, particularly in reducing packs in sub-multiples.
It avoids to move material so that an only operator – instead of 2 ones – can make the whole operation.
It allows to obtain perfectly squared packs.
