HYDRAULIC CROSS-CUTTING GUILLOTINE mod. TIO 900 – As per E.C. rules
This guillotine is complete with presser, and has a strong structure designed on purpose for the power and speed required in transversal cutting of veneer packs.

MAIN FEATURES
– the cutting operation is controlled by a 2-hand push-button panel
– the blade goes down with inclined trajectory for cutting
– special steel blade with high wear resistance
– sliding guides are coated with self-lubricating material
– protection nets are mounted on both sides of the cutting area
– photoelectric cells are mounted on both sides of the machine
– “C” structure, open on the front side, that allows to insert the veneer pack even from the frontal side. Wide view of the cutting area.
– the presser controlled by a pneumatic cylinder moves down automatically to clamp the veneer pack before the blade downward movement
– it automatically returns in the high position after cutting
– a red coloured laser marks the cutting line (on request)
– on request, working tables with millimetric stops of various length can be applied
