HYDRAULIC GUILLOTINE SHEARS mod. CIO 31 – As per E.C. rules
Hydraulic guillotine which, thanks to original constructive solutions, can offer an advantageous price/efficiency ratio.

Structure: compact welded steel frame, with sections of the lower frame and of the upper frame to ensure high rigidity and geometrical stability.

Knife-beam and clamping-beam: highly ribbed to ensure best stiffness. The knife-beam is moving among 3 couples of self-lubricated slide-ways.
Inclined descent of the blade for soft cuts.
The clamping-beam is equipped with torsion bar.
For quick replacement of the knives, the appropriate tooling is supplied.

Working cycle: automatic. By pressing contemporaneously the two push-buttons on the control panel, you have in sequence: the coming down of the pressure-beam, the cutting, the coming up of the pressure-beam.
Hydraulic and electrical safety devices prevent the accidental coming down of
the knife.

Rear fence: motor driven rear fence is fitted as standard equipment. A millimeter counter permits to measure the distance between the rear fence and the cutting line.

Front fence: it is placed on the left side of the working table, angularly adjustable.
