Base
• Steel base with tubular structure
• Square guide on the left side 
• Reinforced ribbed steel worktop with double tubular structure, covered in bakelite
• Pressure bar with slits. The panels are always stapled up to the tail edge. Pneumatic bar lifting and lowering with precision rack and pinion, pressure adjustable from 1,5 to 6 bar
• Double powder conveyor system, an upper one applied directly to the pressing bar to keep the worktable clean and a lower one applied to the blade carriage
• Front safety protection with rotating straps

Blade carriage

Optimizer Cut I
Optimization software integrated to the PCCONTROL control. It allows the creation of optimized cutting schemes and the programming of the machine.

TELESERVICE remote assistance service via internet
The remote diagnosis system allows to connect the PC to the service center via internet.

Aligner
• Single automatic aligner, with pneumatic piston full length stroke 1200 mm

Pusher
• Full length motorized pusher with central motor and movement through 2 strong torsion bars.
“H” profiled steel pusher sliding bars. The transmission is made by 2 precision pinions to guarantee the constant parallelism of the pusher with the cutting line. The pusher is driven by a brushless motor that manages the speed according to the positioning and quick return needs.
• Rear sliding surface made of extruded aluminium equipped with wheels in scratch-resistant material and a top (350 mm wide) covered in bakelite on the side of the square guide  
• Perimeter protection carters fixed to the machine
• 5 pliers for gripping panels
