STANDARD EQUIPMENT

Base
• Steel base with tubular structure 
• Rear sliding table made of extruded aluminium equipped with wheels in scratch-resistant material and a table (500 mm wide) covered in bakelite placed on the side of the square guide 
• Reinforced ribbed steel worktop with double tubular structure, covered in bakelite 
• Perimeter protection carters fixed to the machine

Ca rriage 
• Double steel blade carriage with independent ascent of the blade group and engraver, including:
– Independent motors for main blade and for scoring blade 
– Automatic star-delta starting of the main blade  
– Vertical blade ascent on prismatic guides and recirculating ball runners
– Sliding on 2 cylindrical guides in hardened and ground steel protected by special dust scrapers 
– Advancement by pinion and rack 
– Brushless motor to guarantee power and constant couple at any feeding speed of the blade carriage. Continuous adjustment from 0 to 150 mt/min.
– Balanced distribution of the masses to allow a good cutting finish 
– Axial and vertical micrometric adjustment of the engraver with external adjustment to the base 
– Pneumatic device to change the main blade and the engraver by selector
– Optimized carriage stroke according to panel sizes
• Pressure bar with solid mechanical structure and slits. The panels are always stapled up to the tail edge. Pneumatic bar lifting and lowering with sliding on linear prismatic guides with rack and pinions of precision. 
• Double powder conveyor system, an upper one applied directly to the pressing bar to keep the worktable clean and a lower one applied to the blade carriage  
• Front safety protection with rotating straps
• Emergency bar on the whole cutting line  
• Pair of blades 
• Hanging control panel located on the left side

Programming and control system PC/PLC “PCCONTROL 1000” including:

Working modes
• Manual mode for the movement of the axis
• Automatic mode for the execution of programs and/or lists of programs 
• Semiautomatic mode for the execution of cuts with 4 different  sizes that can be set
• Possibility to stop the program in automatic running mode to perform some cuts in semiautomatic mode and then resume the interrupted program
• Multitasking operation: it’s possible to program the machine even during the execution of the cutting cycle

Optimizer Cut I
Optimization software integrated to the PCCONTROL control. It allows the creation of optimized cutting schemes and the programming of the machine.

TELESERVICE remote assistance service via internet 
The remote diagnosis system allows to connect the PC to the service center via internet.

Aligner

Pusher
• Full length motorized pusher with central motor and movement through 2 strong torsion bars

profiled steel pusher sliding bars “H160” with rpound guides.
The transmission is made by 2 precision pinions to guarantee the constant parallelism of the pusher with the cutting line. The pusher is driven by a brushless DC motor with constant couple at any positioning speed
• 6 pliers for gripping panels: 3 single pliers in the longitudinal cutting area, 3 double ones in the square area 
• Pneumatic adjustment of the clamping pressure of the pliers

Electrical system
• High security electrical system complete with:
