AUTOMATIC N.C. CUTTING SYSTEM Mod. V 2013 NC with variable angle – As per E.C. Rules
The V2013NC is a variable angle model for the realization of quadrangular, hexagonal and octagonal frames.
A programmable numerical control with 8″ video allows a continuous visualization of all the useful messages to the operator and the graphic representation of the working phases.
It’s also equipped with a 3 1/2″ floppy disk to store the different cutting programs. The software also allows to reduce production waste optimizing the bar length. The bar feeder can be chosen from various sizes and with vertical or horizontal loading.
At the output it’s possible to supply a belt with photocell ejector for the unloading of the cut piece. The system, so composed, allows an automatic cycle of work, from loading, cutting and unloading, without operator intervention. The profiles are inserted into the loader without having to stop the cutting cycle.
