Tools are optimally synchronised to make cutting, half-cutting and creasing easily and quickly.
Thanks also to the built-in SD loading and unloading system, the F1R-2 is positioned in the paper industry as the ideal partner for precision machini9ng on fine substrates, such as adhesives and cards.
FULLY AUTOMATED PROCESS
The cutting plotter is fully automatic and, starting from the printing, the F1R-2 will perform cutting, half cutting and creasing with precision, you can be sure to speed up the entire productive process by reducing the loading and unloading times of the material.
In addition with the 3-automated tool system you will have a unique product per every type of processing in the paper industry.
The aluminium worktop with micro countersinking and new uniform vacuum distribution system ensures la maximum flatness and maximum sealing of the material to be processed.

Prismatic recirculation ball guides (a) combined with high precision racks with inclined helical teeth (b) ensure axis handling with precision and speed.
CAMERA WITH MARK DETECTION
Thanks to the system with high resolution camera, it’s possible to detect the marks in a very short time and automatically adapt the cutting phase in compliance with the dimensions generated by self-learning.
Automatic reading and correction of any deformation with automatic revision of the cut.
The dual motorization on the gantry structure (c-d), with correction and digital synchronization on the beam displacement, ensures perfect balance and maximum precision in every situation.
The anchor of the “Y” carriage is supported by a prismatic guide and two important skates that guarantee the accuracy over time.
The configuration of the operating groups includes a head (plate) with the possibility of housing 3 (slot or unit) with extremely fast, precise and robust pneumatic adjustment that allows to perform creasing, cutting, milling, half cutting and nib operations.
A – GROUP
Cutting group with blade automatically controlled by numerical control (NC) with axis:
1) Pilot for sheet weights up to 200 grams
2) Tangential, weighing 250 to 400 grams
3) Tangential with fixed / vibrated mode
B – CUTTING
Group of your choice, you can stay only one of these units at your choice:
1) Electrospindle unit power 500 watt – 100.000 rpm**
2) Half cut group*
3) Nib group*
C – CREASING
Creasing group with tangential axis automatically controlled by numerical control (NC).
*Note 1 – If you select the units Half cut and nib group, the customer can change the units on the slot “B” in complete autonomy.
**Note 2 – If you configure the machine with the Electrospindle unit, you can no longer use the slot B for other Nib-half cut configurations.

Latest generation personal computer with I3 processors and standard solid memory on the machine.
The operations related to the movements (X-Y-Z) and the relative interpolation are managed through an industrial NC, with very high precision.
The new mobile console with Windows 10 operating system, simple and intuitive user interface consists of immediate operator main commands:
– parking area
– approval of marks
– manual movement of axles
– speed management of axles
– suction cup with automatic 2-zone selection
– automatic or manual cycle selection
– automated positioning for material loading
– automatic restoration of processing after down event
– 5-program lists with decreasing counter
PC with new interface designed and developed by SD for simple programming, effective and accessible even to those unfamiliar with the computer.
SD – PACKAGING
SD Automator provides a wide range of tools that speed up and automate the daily work of structural designers, graphic designers, die cutters and sales people involved in the creation, communication, packaging and display production. Its modular structure allows you to configure the software for a packaging according to your needs.
The Automator SD library has over 1.500 parametric designs for folding board, corrugated board, grey board and PVC. The CAD / CAM software is integrated with Adobe® Illustrator® helping professionals visualize the 3D model of the packaging with the product inside and apply graphics to the structure. With the new Step and Repeat on the layout directly in Illustrator®, designers can generate production files with high resolution images.

INFACTORY + SAVINGS 4.0 WITH MONITORING
By choosing inFactory Suite for the new F1R2 you will have access to the recognized tax credit for investments in technologically advanced capital goods (Annex A, law 11 December 2016, no. 232). Thanks, in fact, to the inFactory system, your SD plotter will respect the technical characteristics (5 mandatory and 2 optional) such as to include it in the lists provided by the law 11 December 2016 no.232 (and suubsequent revisions).
The tax credit can only be used as compensation in five equal annual instalments from the year following that of the interconnection.
The credit applies to investments made from 1 January 2020 until 31 December 2020, or by 30 June 2021 provided that by 2020 the relevant order is accepted by the seller and the advance payment has been made at least equal to 20% of the acquisition cost.
