The supporting structure consists of a steel/aluminium base, strongly ribbed and particularly rigid; the particular structure with large base was projected to ensure machine stability and accuracy overtime, in all working conditions.

The stability of the base is guaranteed by 8 adjustable feet up to a maximum of 28 positions.
The dual motorization on the gantry structure (a-b), with digital correction and synchronization on the beam displacement, sullo spostamento della trave, ensures perfect balance and maximum precision in every situation.
The prismatic guides and high precision racks with helical teeth ensure the handling of the axes.
The anchor of the “Y” carriage is supported by a prismatic guide of strong section.
POWER AND SPEED WITH UNIQUE MODULARITY
The two independent units are managed by an individually and digitally controlled axis, for maximum performance and maximum precision of the individual units.
AFT POWER GROUP
The new power of the AFT Power group (cut with vibrating or fixed knife directly managed by CN) combined with the high flexibility of the automatic tool change, allows to manage heights and types of different materials without loss of time.
Automatically, in addition to the management of blades/cords and heads, you have the ability to switch from the fixed cut to the vibrated by a simple “clic”.
Circular blade group with rotary management of the “C”-axis and automatic positioning of the inclined cuts at 45°, with simple and intuitive programming.
A state-of-the-art algorithm best manages the performance of the unit by expressing very high speed cuts up to 50 mt/min (maximum speed depending on the E.C. system adopted and the materials processed).
Automatic sharpening of the blade unit (optional)
The Brushless motor ensures blade speed and rotation, thanks to advanced and automatic programming systens.
The 1,8 kW electrospindle group (optional 3,6 kW) provides maximum performance by combining high r.p.m. power up to 50.000 rpm.
The unit is positioned by means of a recirculating ball screw with brushless motor and support with prismatic guide of strong section.
The worktop is highly flexible to ensure the best clamping of the material to be processed. The multifunctional table consists of 1 standard zone up to 24 optional independent vacuum zones, selectable by N.C.

Thanks to the system with high resolution camera, it’s possible to detect the marks in a very short time and automatically adapt the cutting phase in compliance with the dimensions generated by self-learning.
Automatic reading and connection of any deformation with automatic revision of the cut.
It allows you to optimise even small material leftovers, projecting on the work surface of the machine the shape to be cut.
