STEEL LINEAR KNIVES APPLICATION

If you work 4 knives together:
– knife thickness 3 mm. (max 4 pieces together)
– min/max knife length 120* – 650 mm. (max 4 pieces together)
– min/max knife width 25 – 35 mm.
– grinding angle 40º

* set of brackets for fixing the small knives: length 60 to 120 mm (width < 25 mm nº 4 knives together) = Optional / On request

If you work 1 knife: 1 by 1
