DOUBLE SQUARING MACHINE mod. TI 3000 SUPER – As per E.C. rules
Double squaring machine of “TI”-series are simple but functional machines with a solid construction that guarantees its duration and efficiency.
The machine has 2 cutting unit, the left is fixed, the right is mobile; the mobile group slides on rectified steel bars, the sliding can be manual (through a wheel) or motorized; in the standard version there is a millimetric rule for height readout, but there can be a mechanical or digital readout.
Both operating groups are equipped with scoring blades, this makes the machine suitable for cutting not only solid panels, but even laminates and other kinds of panels.
To avoid the chipping in the return run the cutting units have been equipped with a pneumatic system that opens the blades 1 mm. at the end of the cut.
Both cutting units are tiltable up to 45 degrees and adjustable in height.
The lightness of the moving carriage allows operators a great easiness and speed of movement; a central support avoids thin panels bending assuring an orthogonal cut.
To guarantee the perfect stability of panels, the machine can be equipped with 4 pneumatic pressers or with a vacuum system.
