BEVELING / TILTING SANDING MACHINE EURACRYL Mod. V 3
Beveling / sanding machine with tilting milling / polishing unit for a bevel angle range from 30º to 60º.
For processing of transparent and glossy plastics and also mixed materials.
For the production of very shiny, standard glossy or satin surfaces, as well as edges to be glued.

ADJUSTABLE ANGLE OF FACE
The angle of bevel is adjustable from 27º to 63º. This allows the angle to adapt to customer needs. For example, for the production of boxes (glueing space).

AUTOMATIC FEEDING UNIT
The machine has an automatic feeding unit for a homogeneous forward movement to ensure a constant quality.

ADJUSTABLE MILLING DEPTH
The milling/polishing depth can be adjusted precisely and conveniently from the front of the machine.

EASILY ACCESSIBLE TOOL CHANGER
The tool can be replaced easily and quickly without adjustment.

BOX OF CHIPS
The chips accumulate in an easily accessible drawer. If necessary, an additional external chip extractor can be installed.

ADJUSTABLE MILLING SPEED
The cutting speed is adjustable to allow the processing of different materials and produce different surfaces.

MILLING / POLISH TOOLS
A selection of more than 40 tools allows to process plastics (PMMA, PC, PET-G, SAN, etc.) or composite materials (PMMA with aluminium or paper). As well as the production of very shiny, shiny or satin surfaces.
With the “HIGH SPEED” tools you can increase the feeding speed up to 200%
