HOT BENDING MACHINE Mod. WH2000 FOR GREAT AND MEDIUM PRODUCTIONS
The machines of the WH series are characterized by a great versatility: in fact they allow the processing of sheets in thermoplastic materials such as PMMA, PC, PE, PVC, Corian, etc.
Particularly suitable for heating sheets with low and medium thicknesses (from 2 to 12 mm) and various sizes.
With the WH series machines it’s possible to perform the localized heating in order to proceed to the bending (in manual) of the different plates of the various thermoplastic materials such as plexiglass, polycarbonate, PVC, polyethylene and Corian.
This happens both in bilateral mode, thus reducing the processing time, and in unilateral mode, allowing the operator to perform up to a maximum of 8 folds simultaneously (4 with bilateral heating mode).
The WHs, available in various dimensions and fully configurable, are realized following the criteria of maximum reliability, durability, ease of use and meet the needs of the most different types of processing.

The machines of the WH series find application in the field of the construction of objects and components in thermoplastic material such as exhibitors and brochure holders in plexiglass, furniture details and fittings for stores, advertising, safety guards in polycarbonate and, more generally, in all those applications where it’s necessary to perform hot bendings without producing defects or signatures on the material.
