The MV520 is the optimal solution for all requirements of straight, inclined and composed cut, thanks to the flexibility, speed and precision, this cutting center is the right solution for the manufacturers of frame houses and roof manufacturers with the TRUSS technique.
The MV520 processes wooden boards of any length with transverse sections from 40 x 20 mm. to 80 x 300 mm.
The elegant integral fairing, in addition to protect the operator from risks, makes it efficient in containing dust and noise.

The chain loading system with automatic positioner makes flexible and allows an excellent warehouse in the loading phase. The loader is built to allow the lenghtening even in successive times. Thanks to the automatic reading of the length and the section of the board, the use of the MV520 is flexible and easy even for less experienced operators.

The 5-axis cutting unit controlled in combination with the conveyor towing system makes the MV520 versatile and precise at the same time ensuring a high level of performance and combinations in custs.
With the ability to rotate 360º and tilt +/-90º we can perform any type of single or combined cutting.

PATENTED CONVEYOR BELT
The handling of the tables is guaranteed by 2 belt-clamps that in addition to moving the beam in both directions can move independently to create the best processing condition. They can approach the blade or move away from it in order to create the best cutting condition.

MV520 – MANUAL
IDLE ROLLER TABLE + CUTTING CENTER + AUTOMATIC UNLOADER
As an alternative to the automatic loader it’s possible to buy the MV520 with a manual loading system.
An idle roller bench of adequate length allows the positioning of a table at a time inside the MV520 ensuring in any case the cutting characteristics existing on the automatic machine (section measurement), however it doesn’t allow the automatic measurement of the length that will be typed manually.
The MV520 is equipped with a suspended 18.5″ touch-screen control panel with keyboard and mouse port for managing the human-machine interface.
The hardware and software architecture rests on a Beckoff heart, the easy and intuitive graphical interface with 3-D representation of the workpiece makes easy the operation of the machine.
Thanks to the automatic import of .BTL files, the MV520 is perfectly integrated in the company network and the cutting lists can also be powered from the programming office remotely.

WASTE AND SHORT PIECES EVACUATION CARPETS (optional)
For the unloading of the smaller pieces as well as for the working wastes, the machine is equipped with a transverse carpet and 2 longitudinal carpets, the waste is carried towards the back of the machine while the good but small pieces are brought to the front of the machine to be recovered and used.
