STANDARD EQUIPMENT

Cast iron saw group, with lifting through cylindrical bars and tilting through high rigidity side sliding rests, equipped with engraver with independent motore with setup from outisde of the machine.
Anodized aluminium sliding carriage (dimensions 360 x 2600 mm) with sliding system on hardened high precision steel guides, fastened by riveting system 
Squaring frame (dimensions 1200 x 650 mm) equipped with:
– telescopic guide with 2 reversible stops and metrical rule, inclined towards the operator 
– piece-tightening arm
– telescopic support
– idle roll to facilitate panel loading and unloading 
Dedicated saw guide for the parallel cut equipped with:
– “high rigidity” cast iron support
– micrometric adjustment and excentric locking 
– rectified steel round section sliding bar diam. 45 mm
“READY” standard 2-axis electronic control (3° axis = optional) with:
– management of lifting and tilting of the motorized blade group 
– tool data setup with automatic correction of the height size as to tilting 
– Modalities: manual, half-automatic and automatic with 99 storable programs
– Additional functions: calculator and hour-meter

58.04.80 – Push-buttons for starting and stop of the saw blade, integrated in the sliding carriage. Very useful for working of great pieces that prevent an easy and safe access to the main control board of the machine.

58.02.13 – Device for angular cuts with reversible stops equipped with:
– telescopic guide with 2 reversible stops
– rest with system of quick angle selection

58.05.03 – Squaring frame with Compex device for angled cuts with automatic compensation of stop position.

58.05.04 – Squaring guide with nr. 2 LCD visualizers for reading of stop position. Each stop with its micrometric adjustment is equipped with independent electronic digital reader with measurement system on magnetic band and visualization on LCD display.
N.W. The minimum height where it’s possible to position the nearest stop to the blade is 300 mm. It’s possible to fill this limit buying a “3rd squaring stop with LCD visualizer LCD for reading of the position”.
