STANDARD EQUIPMENT
Incoming control panel rotating on pine cone
• Soundproof protection hood covered with sound-absorbing material
• Sturdy machine base in extremely rigid steel which allows the maintenance of the records and represents a stable support for the operating groups
• Sturdy panel support roller with sliding on bars and recirculating ball bearings, extendable according to the size of the panel
Track feeding system with high adherence rubber coated shoes fixed on industrial chain. The runners slide on 2 steel guides. The 2 guides have different section: one is circular in section, one is flat in section. This system allows straight forward movement  and ensures high resistance to lateral loads. Centralized automatic shoe lubrication.
• Thick steel upper presser with 2 rows of wheels mounted on bearings, to ensure the good sealing of even small pieces
• Manual presser lifting with visualization on mechanical digital numerator and with automatic positioning of the operating groups when the thickness changes 
• The thickness of the selected panel is displayed through a numerical digital indicator
• Centralized suctionsystem

Electrical system positioned inside the base with closing door that allows convenient access for any maintenance operations. System built in compliance with current regulations. The machine is built in compliance with current regulations.

Control system “MEGA 150 TS”
Numerical control positioned at the entrance of the machine on a pine cone in an ergonomic area for the operator.

OPERATING GROUPS

Inlet rectifier group “TR-E”
The group is positioned before the glueing group. It allows to grind the edge of the panel and to obtain an excellent glueing surface. The group consists of 2 cutters equipped with automatic timed intervention to avoid chipping of the panel. The cutters are mounted on 2 high frequency motors and are adjustable in height for the correct centering of the tool with respect to the panel.
The removal of the rectifier group goes from 0,4 to 3 mm and is determinated by the position of the inlet guide. The visualization of the removal takes place through a mechanical digital numerator. The group is equipped with a pair of diamond cutters H= 49 (D=100 H=49 Z = 2+2). Max workable panel height 45 mm

Glue pot group, edge loading and pressure “GP-800”
The unit performs automatic glueing with hot melt glue of edges in rolls and strips on the side of straight panels 
Glue pot
– independent motorization for the recirculation and the continuous recovery of the glue 
– non-stick treatment to facilitate glue replacement and maontenance
– spreader roller with knurling which guarantees a homogeneous and optimized spreading
– digital thermoregulation to control the glue temperature
– glue pot temperature with automatic lowering after a period of inactivity of the machine
– double thermoregulation of the glue for managing 2 different work temperatures
– adjustment of the glue dispensed

Edge loading

Header group “IK/S”
The group, complete with 2 independent high frequencyt motors, allows to perfectly cut the excess edge on the front and rear of the panel in progress. Possibility to work soft/postformed panels.
sliding of the 2 motors on prismatic guides with recirculating ball slides. This system guarantee absence of play and maximum repetitiveness.
Pneumatic inclination of header blades lame intestatore from 0 to 15°
Each motor is complete of copier that allows  permette an accurate positioning of the blade as to the cutting point 
Suction hoods for both motors above the cutting area. The machine is supplied complete with a pair of blades.

Trimming group “TS/K”
The group allows to trim the excess edge on the upper and lower sides and is equipped with 2 not-tilting high frequency motors The motors are mounted on a sturdy support fixed to the base. The vertical sliding of the motors takes place on cylindrical bars in hardened and ground steel with recirculating ball bearings and ensures the maximum working precision. Each motor is complete with rotating vertical copier that allows to perfectly align the tools as to the cutting point. The group is equipped with straight cutters and throwaway knives.

Tilting trimming group “TT/1000”
The group, inclinable manually from 0° to 25°, allows to trim the excess edge on the upper and lower sides and is equipped with 2 high frequency motors. The motors are mounted on a sturdy support fixed to the base. The vertical sliding of the motors takes place on cylindrical bars in hardened and ground steel with recirculating ball bearings and ensures the maximum working precision. Manual adjustment with 4-stop revolver for the 2 working positions.
The precise positioning of the cutter in reference to the processing point is carried out thanks to the vertical and frontal rotating copiers.
Very simple and fast adjustment and setup system equipped with: manual exclusion of the group from the work area without adjustment changes; position display with digital mechanical indicators (vertical and horizontal); quick release of the motors through mechanical and electrical device; quick disassembly of cutters with dedicated device.
The group is equipped with high efficiency suction hoods. The cutters can be brazed straight or rounded according to the compositions.

Rounding group “ROUND A/2 SUPER”
The group allows the rounding of straight or shaped angles and the trimming of the upper/lower side of the panel. Equipped with 2 high frequency motors and with prismatic guides and ball recirculating slides that ensure movements without play.

– complete of knives (R=2)

Brush group BFN
The group is equipped with 2 independent motors for edge cleaning/polishing. The tiltting motors optimize the part cleaning/polishing phase.
