• Incoming control panel on pine cone on ergonomic position
• Protection booth 
for the whole length of the machine with polycarbonate windows for viewing the groups during working. There are 2 doors for the access to the operating groups. The 1st door is equipped with an electric interlock for the glueing group, the 2nd one is equipped with electromechanical interlock for the other groups.
• Machine base in folded and welded laminates that guarantee high rigidity to the structure. Openings with slides for the unloading on the ground of any un-aspirated chips
• Panel support roller positioned externally to the track along the entire length of the machine with telescopic opening system and panel plastic sliding wheels  with steel rotation pins
• Track feeding system with high adherence rubber coated shoes fixed on industrial chain. The runners slide on 2 steel guides. The 2 guides have different section: one is circular in section, one is flat in section. This system allows straight forward movement  and ensures high resistance to lateral loads. Manual shoe lubrication.
• Upper presser in folded and welded steel laminates, supported by steel columns with vibration-free structure to which the operating groups are fixed
2 rows of panel pressure wheels made of high adherence rubber and sliding on bearings. Carter to cover the wheels from any un-aspirated chips.
Electronic lifting of the presser with automatic positioning as the panel thickness changes.
• Upper operating groups fixed to the presser or mechanically linked to it to allow their automatic adjustment  as the panel thickness changes.
Lower groups frixed to the track spar for a precise reference with respect to the panel.Power supply via static frequency converter (inverter) of all high frequency motors. Suction mouths of the operating groups positioned on the upper side of the cabin.
• The thickness of the selected panel is displayed through a numerical indicator at the machine input.

Control system “MEGA 300 TS”
Numerical control positioned at the entrance of the machine on a pine cone in an ergonomic area for the operator.

Inlet rectifier group “TR/V”
The group, positioned before the glueing group, allows to grind the edge of the panel and to obtain an excellent glueing surface.
– 2 cutters equipped with automatic timed intervention to avoid panel chipping, mounted on 2 high frequency motors.

– timed blower to clean the machined side
– variable removal by adjusting the input guide by means of a knob and numerical indicator. The guide has a double automatic position to work with group on or off
– height adjustment of the tools to vary the cutting point
– equipped with a pair of diamond cutters H 49 (D= 100 H= 49 Z= 2+2). Max workable panel height 45 mm

Glue pot group, edge loading and pressure “GP-1000”
The unit performs automatic glueing with hot melt glue of edges in rolls and strips on the side of straight panels

– spreader roller with knurling which guarantees a homogeneous and optimized spreading

The group, complete with 2 independent high frequencyt motors, allows to perfectly cut the excess edge on the front and rear of the panel in progress. Possibility to work soft/postformed panels.
sliding of the 2 motors on prismatic guides with recirculating ball slides. This system guarantee absence of play and maximum repetitiveness.
Pneumatic inclination of header blades lame intestatore from 0 to 15°
Each motor is complete of copier that allows  permette an accurate positioning of the blade as to the cutting point 
Suction hoods for both motors above the cutting area. The machine is supplied complete with a pair of blades.

Trimming group “TT/XE”
The group allows to trim the excess edge on the upper and lower sides of the panel.
– 2 high frequency motors inclined by 20°
– rotating copiers for the adjustment of the cutting point of the tools on the panel

– pneumatic exclusion of the group
– complete with multifunction tools (specify tool radius)
Automatic adjustment of the group for :
– gleaning of various thin edges (f.e. 0,4-0,6,… mm)

– trimming of solid wood max 6 mm thick
trimming with radius or gleaning carried out directly on non-edged panel (f.e. MDF door to be painted)
differentiated processing between upper and lower (f.e., trimming with upper radius and lower straight trimming)
correction of the work performed by the electronic control of the machine thanks to the 4 controlled axes (f.e., for different edge thickness or panel surface)

Rounding group “ROUND RA/2 XE”
The group allows the rounding of straight or shaped angles and the trimming of the upper/lower side of the panel.
