STANDARD EQUIPMENT

Base
• Steel base with tubular structure 
• Square guide on the left side  
• Reinforced ribbed steel worktop with double tubular structure, covered in bakelite
• Pressure bar with slits. The panels are always stapled up to the tail edge. Pneumatic bar lifting and lowering with precision rack and pinion, pressure adjustable from 1,5 to 6 bar  
• Double powder conveyor system, an upper one applied directly to the pressing bar to keep the worktable clean and a lower one applied to the blade carriage 
• Front safety protection with rotating straps
• Emergency bar on the whole cutting line

Blade carriage
• Steel blade carriage including: 
– Independent motors for main blade and for scoring blade 
– Automatic star-delta starting of the main blade  
– Vertical blade ascent on prismatic guides and recirculating ball runners
– Sliding on 2 cylindrical guides in hardened and ground steel protected by special dust scrapers 
– Advancement by pinion and rack 
– Pneumatic blade change release  
– Brushless motor to guarantee power and constant couple at any feeding speed of the blade carriage. Continuous adjustment from 0 to 150 mt/min. 
– Balanced distribution of the masses to allow a good cutting finish 
– Prismatic sliding wheels in hardened and ground steel 
– Axial and vertical micrometric adjustment of the engraver with external adjustment to the base 
– Blade carriage stroke against the square guide

• Manual mode for the movement of the axis

Optimizer Cut I
Optimization software integrated to the PCCONTROL control. It allows the creation of optimized cutting schemes and the programming of the machine.

TELESERVICE remote assistance service via internet 
The remote diagnosis system allows to connect the PC to the service center via internet.

– configuration, parameter and program control 
– interface display and signal diagnosis 
N.W. Network cable and PC not included. The internet connection must be set up by the customer.

Lifting table
Lifting table for the automatic loading of packs of panels with:
– Support tubulars between table and machine base equipped with scratch-resistant wheels 
– Frontal aligners for automatic packing of the panels loaded against the pliers 
– Pallet management device with selector for loading packs of non-thin panels leaving the pallet on the lifting table. Max pallet height 200 mm. Manual adjustment of the limit switch position. The pallet must guarantee the piece presence signal. The use of the martyr panel under the pallet is recommended.

Pusher
• Full length motorized pusher with central motor and movement through 2 strong torsion bars. Pusher positioning electronically regulated by magnetic strip (contactless system). “H” profiled steel pusher sliding bars. The transmission is made by 2 precision pinions to guarantee the constant parallelism of the pusher with the cutting line. The pusher is driven by a brushless DC motor with constant couple at any positioning speed
• 3 pliers in the longitudinal cutting area
• 3 pliers in the transversal cutting area
• Pneumatic adjustment of the clamping pressure of the pliers
• Photocell system to automatically detect the length of the panel in semiautomatic mode
