COLD PRESS Mod. PFL 25 DIGIT – 6 PISTONS D. 90
Structure of the machine made of electrically welded steel profiles, guarantee of robustness and unlimited durability. Reference surfaces machined by numerically controlled machines.
Press tables in planed beams to obtain the best flatness and parallelism of the same. The parallelism of the moving tables is guaranteed by a double system of racks. The mobile top can be (on request) divided into 2, 3, 4 or more parts.
Hydraulic system complete with hydraulic control unit with double-stage pump (quick approach and slow pressure); the same ensures the recovery of any loss of pressure, automatically maintaining what set by the operator. Hydraulic cylinders made to Ormamacchine design; chrome plating of the stems to ensure greater resistane to wear. In the case of multi-deck presses there is the possibility to set different working pressures on the various planes of the press.
Electric panel where are inserted all the commands for the control and regulation of the operation of the machine. All models include safety devices.

- HARDWARE PREPARATION FOR INDUSTRY 4.0
“Smart server” module: application that allows continuous remote monitoring of all parameters. It also allows remote imputation of production parameters (temperature, pressing times, speed, pressures).
Tele assistance module: an additional device for remote control and remote assistance is applied to the machine. In this way, the Ormamacchine service department can be connected to the machine at any time for remote diagnosis, operation and safety checks.
The system is complete with Ethernet card for connection to the company network that allows the customer to manage the production data in a bidirectional way:
the customer’s distance parameters are imputed, written, exported and eventually stored by the customer’s management system.
